The light source is only inserted. This means a faulty bulb can easily be replaced.

Particularly compact and sturdy lamps giving high luminosity from two tubes. Our patented shock-proof technology is what makes these lamps so incredibly yet uniquely robust. In use with public authorities in fields such as disaster relief.
- Extra strong handle and end cap (with hook) made from soft rubber in a hexagonal anti-roll design. During endurance testing the TYPE 208 lamp was dropped over a thousand times from 1.20 m onto a stone floor without suffering any damage (Petzoldt patented shock absorbent design)
- Starterless operation via mechanical press switch on the main light area
- The large-sized versions are designed to give general light diffusion, meaning that in a tank for instance the desired all-round lighting can be obtained
- Standard cable lengths of 8m and 15m
- Unbreakable and watertight casing
